A film photographer based in Los Angeles, California with a background in physics, I’m fascinated by the tools we use to characterize and measure the world around us. Queen among those being the camera. From the living room classic that is the Polaroid, to a Scanning Electron Microscope, cameras take center stage in our lives. Showing us things, we couldn’t have imagined and conveying emotions that words are sometimes too short and too scattered amongst many continents to achieve. I work particularly with vintage cameras from Eastern Europe, my mainstay being my Zenit-E. I speak both English and Spanish, having received a degree in Spanish Language and Literature in addition to my Physics degree.
